Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is part of our wider Sales Business, focusing on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closed won business. Within the Business Development Representative (BDR) role, we support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research. BDRs consistently make a tangible impact in the Sales Development Organization by generating millions of dollars of new business pipeline each year.
Additionally, BDRs are enrolled in an intensive sales training program with the purpose of providing new professionals with the fundamental skills necessary to achieve a successful sales career at Salesforce.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
Nurture early-stage opportunities
Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory
Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
Align with internal account team
Identify key decision makers within new accounts
Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in English language

3-6 years of Experience in business development, sales or related field experience

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and across many different parts of the organisation to get things done

Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts

Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications 

0-3 years’ Experience in Cobol development on UNIX and or Mainframe platform

As an Apprentice Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfilment, storing and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.


You will:

Receiving the materials in supermarket system and required parts kitted to be ready for production & feed the defined materials to the line without stoppage
Quickly learn and build new products, as and when they are launched
Test the PC with interactive test and monitoring
Responsible to Packing and stack in FGA
Compliance to LEAN and ISO standards, daily processes, maintaining 6S in their respective locations

Key job responsibilities

This is an analytical position that provides Supply Chain operations support. This position will work with multiple business teams to develop and maintain ad hoc/regular business reports and to work on relevant analytical supports.
We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on BA. He/she would work closely with internal and external stakeholders on:

Our Human Labeled Data (HLD) organization helps Search services in providing a better customer search experience by delivering quality data annotation to help improve AI/ML models driving these services.

Our vision is to create business value by delivering high quality data at scale. We look to provide easy and scalable labeling solution to support search that are high quality, cost efficient, and secure. Our vision is to enable improvement in the search experience for our customers, by accurately determining labels for products targeted by the search queries received. We collaborate closely with several machine learning (ML) applied science teams that develop and test ML models to improve the quality of semantic matching, ranking, computer vision, image processing, and augmented reality.

We are looking for highly motivated and talented candidates who will provide and/or review high quality data annotation for variety of workflows. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence.

Key job responsibilities
As a Data Associate I, ML, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality data annotation for a variety of workflows. The tasks therefore will be repetitive in nature and will require the candidate to make quick decisions keeping in mind the provided guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the below:
• Meets business metrics and goals, i.e., SLA, production, and quality targets
• Works with minimal direction
• Maintains records of day- to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools as necessary
• Follows SOP/guidelines or manager's instructions and ensures output is quality compliant
• Contributes to project improvement and operational excellence ideas, as applicable
• Responsible for giving timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, i.e., as per SOP and defined SLA
• Proactively raises issues /alarms that may have an impact on core deliverables or operations to manager or stakeholders
• Analyzes data and evaluate trends/ patterns and recommend generic pattern to be translated into rules
• Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products
• Troubleshooting issues related to process and conduct root cause analysis if required
• Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce)

About the role

(ONLY hybrid role modality based in CDMX, MTY or GDL)


What you’ll do:

-Developing API & Script for pulling location table out of Service Now and into Eracent.

-Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET MVC .NET .Net Core SQL Server and Azure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.

- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.


Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or other related fields with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

-Highly Proficient with the Microsoft Stack: C#, .NET, .NET Core, MVC, Azure, SQL Server.

-Experience with integration and middleware technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and EDI

-Experience with a variety of databases and ETL tools.

-Relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).

-Understanding of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).

-Experience working with ServiceNow Platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations regarding App development.

A Data Scientist is responsible for supporting freight analytics/forecasting for process partners by leveraging suitable software. This position is in Bangalore and reports to the Analytics Manager responsible for this area. A person in this role is expected to support 1-2 projects at a time and guide the other team members in work related queries.

JOB DUTIES:

The job duties of a Data Scientist are to support/lead projects in the domain of freight analytics. To be successful, he/she must utilize technical skills as well as soft skills. 

The domain and technical skills are defined in 4 key skills: Domain (logistics/freight/supply chain) knowledge, technical (SAS, SQL, MS Office suite) knowledge, data purification (ETL) & analysis and building insights for customer review. It would be added advantage to have working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI.

This role also will support technology solutions for the analytics team and meeting the needs of the organization. In this role one is expected to identify and drive continuous improvement within the department.

In addition to technical skills, a Data Scientist needs to demonstrate intermediate to fully skilled levels of the following values-based competencies (VBCs): integrity & trust; building inclusive relationships; customer focus; problem solving; priority setting; and dealing with uncertainty. 

Although the requirements above describe most of the responsibilities of the Data Scientist, due to the breadth of issues that arise on projects, it is sometimes expected that he/she takes on other responsibilities outside of this job description.

Background/Experience (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics or a related field.

Require 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in either of the following fields - supply chain planning, transportation/inventory optimization & simulation.

Good knowledge on SAS with one or more successful projects completed by the individual.

Must be comfortable working in MS Office, and industry standard statistics and data visualization packages.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good analytical thinker, experience in data analysis and project management, ability to work well in team settings, with attention to detail.

Background/Experience (Desired):

Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Research, college degree in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering (operation research).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience in O365 tools.

Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
