About the Role
* Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the Generative AI platform, which is used for various business purposes within Global Markets.
* Involves designing, executing, and managing testing strategies to ensure the platform meets high standards.
* Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and data scientists to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases.
* Design and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or PyTest.
* Conduct data testing and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
* Experience with agile development methodologies, Jira, and DevOps practices.
* Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and test management tools.
* Experience with automation testing tools.
* Knowledge of data testing/validation and data management practices.
* Advanced skills in testing applications developed in Python, SQL/No-SQL databases, and user interfaces.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* 8-10+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the financial industry.
Desired Skills
* Experience with testing frameworks and tools specific to AI/ML applications.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and testing in cloud environments.
* Exposure to machine learning.
* Strong independent self-driven professional.
